I specialise in natural anti-ageing techniques. These include face-lifting and face-sculpting massages, working deeply with every muscle to increase collagen and circulation to lift and sculpt your face. My facial massage will also aid in lymphatic drainage, circulation, clarity in tissues, tone and strengthen your facial muscles. I also use TMJ treatments to reduce inflammation surrounding the muscles, ligaments and discs associated with speaking and eating. My methods are shaped from 21 years of providing hands-on treatments, developing ways to support, balance and transform your skin and mind to its optimum health.
