By placing an order with Sahar’s, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Sahar’s for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Payment

All products remain Sahar’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Sahar’s

All transfers conducted through Sahar’s are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Force Majeure

Events outside Sahar’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Beauty Everyday is released from Sahar’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Delivery

All parcels are shipped through GLS. 

Shipping costs 

The shipping cost depends on which country you are in. There is a cost on every ordrer, and the cost is paid by the customer. You can always see the shipping cost when viewing the purchase basket.

Please be aware that you as a customer will be responsible of paying any taxes or fees related to importing alcohol into your country.

Exchange Policy

Because of the intimate nature of some of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any body care item.  However, we are happy to exchange your item if it was damaged during transit. In order to receive an exchange on damaged items, please note the following guidelines:

  1. Please contact us with in 7 days of delivery confirmation. Anything after 7 days voids all exchanges which goes for damaged or missing products. No exceptions.

  2. In order for us to approve the replacement on damaged items we will need to see clear pictures of the damage. Please note that each gemstone is different in texture, weight, pattern/color and smoothness.  It is common and to be expected for some stones to have superficial surface scratches, this is not considered damaged.  Please email us clear pictures to: sahar@sahars.dk

  3. After your exchange has been approved we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to send your item(s) back to us. Once the item is received by us we will ship your new item out. Pre-paid shipping labels are provided for damaged items only.
