RITUALS
“If you don’t have ten spare minutes to work on yourself every morning, then you don’t have a life” - Tony Robbins
For me rituals are mindfulness put into practice. By purposely making the time for rituals and putting all your intention into them, they will start to take on a sacred meaning - and that is magical.
Make your rituals consistent, because that makes them powerful. They reduce anxiety, feed the soul, revitalise your energy and keep you grounded through out the day.
I’m often asked what I do to feel more balanced, or how I find my way back to a feeling of calm and strength in difficult times? My answer is... my rituals.
So I would like to share some of these with you.
To help create the perfect ritual some remedies are required - some of which I have gathered in my little web shop.
Read more about these here and keep yourself updated with when new ones arrive by joining my newsletter.

ADD A LIGHT TO YOUR STEP
Your feet are special. They carry you everyday and keep you grounded to Mother Earth. Having problems with your feet can affect the rest of your body. Healthy feet can enhance your life so taking care of them is essential.
I have made an Epsom foot salt that will reduce your stress, detoxify your body and soothe your sore muscles.
Put 8 tablespoons of the salt into a basin filled with warm water, enough to cover your feet up to your ankles.
Soak for about 20 minutes
Dry thoroughly and apply your favourite cream.
