Experience a deep skin-to-soul journey that leave you and your skin feeling lifted and completely rejuvenated. 

We begin with a consultation discussing all skin and health imbalances. We then explore and discuss the zones of the face and how they correlate with Yin and Yang imbalances, pain, the physical body, the organs and emotions. 

We will continue with a guided meditation followed by me working with the zones and reflex areas on your face using the highly regarded Facial Reflexology called Dien Chan Zone. 

I will end introducing you to your own customised map and areas that you can work on during and after our session at home for greatest result and healing. 

Facial Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful technique which brings balance and well-being.

Dien Chan Zone encourages our body's natural intelligence to kick-start self-healing by bringing back the correct flow of energy in the body. Reflexology works on the principle that by stimulating one part of the body, another part of the body is rebalanced. This therapy has been acknowledged by the Chinese Medical Academy as one of the fastest acting (in terms of response) of the Eastern therapies.

There are also beautifying benefits of facial reflexology due to improved circulation, better skin function, increased muscle tone and the reduction of fine lines.  However, real beauty comes from deep within and these results can be achieved by working with internal imbalances (ie. digestive, hormonal, respiratory, etc.)

You can book a one-on-one session with me. We will meet on zoom and I will introduce you to your own customised map and areas that you can work on during and after our session at home for the greatest result and healing.

This healing therapy is deeply relaxing and can be done anywhere at anytime! Making it part of your daily self-care ritual, you will learn how to listen and communicate with your own body so you can take control over your own health. This is exactly why I set my mind to include this treatment in my practise in order to be able to help my guests from a distance.
